Pricing Errors
In the rare event that prices are displayed incorrectly due to a typographical error or system error, Farsi Jewelers reserves the right to correct any error, to decline or cancel any order displayed at the incorrect price, and to issue a credit where appropriate. We will make every effort to immediately contact you regarding any pricing error. Farsi Jewelers apologizes in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. All orders are subject to inventory availability. We do not guarantee that a particular item is available, or, if it is unavailable until our inventory is replenished, that the item can be purchased at the original price when our inventory is replenished. Because of sales of merchandise, our available inventory changes constantly. For that reason, we may not have an item you ordered in stock at the time we receive your order.

For your convenience, we accept Master card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. If sending a check, money order or cashiers check, please call us to expatiate your transaction at 404-255-2627.
Shipping Information
We ship via UPS. Shipping and handling charges for overnight service is $25.00. 2 day express service including shipping and handling charges is $15.00. We request a signature upon delivery, so please make arrangements to receive your package at time of delivery to avoid any problems.

Return Policy
Farsi Jewelers believes that the sale is not final until our customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a full refund within 30 days for all your on line purchases. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Of course, we would like to have a chance to make you happy, so please contact us so that we may make those changes in your selection to satisfy you.
Farsi Jewelers stands behind our merchandise 100% and we strive to make you happy. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment. So that we may process your return quickly, please include all paperwork and a note as to the reason for the return. The merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and undamaged. Do not indicate the contents of the shipment on the outside of the box to prevent theft.
